This chafer has a sleek, stainless steel design that carries through the frame, pans, lid, and handle to give it a high-end look. Featuring a classic look with a unique collapsible design that saves storage space and makes transportation a breeze, this chafer is just what you need for your event catering operation. Featuring top and side handles for easy maneuverability and two fuel holders (fuel cells available) for long lasting heating. This set comes with a full size water pan and food pan that fit perfectly into the chafer's frame for immediate use. Food pan is oven and dishwasher safe. You may also purchase two 1/2 size or three 1/3 size pans for added serving flexibility. Whichever size food pans you decide to use, make sure you're using only 2 1/2" deep pans, as they allow the proper amount of space for water and steam. Disposable food pans are available in full and 1/2 sizes.
