Turn any outdoor spot into a pop-up venue with event tents that add shade, shelter, and instant atmosphere. Available in sizes from small 10x10 booths to wide spans that seat hundreds, tents come in styles to match your plan: frame tents for a wide-open layout with no center poles, classic pole tents with high peaks, and sturdy structure tents for longer runs or tougher weather. They’re delivered and professionally installed, then anchored with ground stakes on grass or secured with heavy weights on pavement. Add sidewalls for wind and privacy—clear, windowed, or solid—and level it up with bistro lights, chandeliers, liners, drape, doors, flooring, stages, heaters, fans, or AC. Multiple tents can be guttered together for bigger footprints. Setups work on grass, gravel, asphalt, or concrete as long as the area is fairly flat and clear of low branches and overhead lines. Tents are made with fire-retardant fabric and include clear exit paths; larger sizes may need a local permit. Perfect for backyard parties, graduations, weddings, markets, and corporate events, a tent gives you a reliable plan for sun, light rain, or breezy days. Share your guest count, layout, and site measurements, and you’ll get a tent that fits, looks great, and keeps everyone comfortable—day or night.

There are many benefits to renting an outdoor tent for an event. One of the main advantages is that it allows you to hold your event outdoors, which can be a great way to enjoy the natural beauty of your surroundings and take advantage of good weather. The tent can protect your party from the rain and sun.

Renting a tent has the added benefit of creating a cohesive and organized atmosphere for your event. A tent can be used to define your party's boundaries and provide separate areas for different activities such as dining, dancing, or socializing. This will help your party feel organized and professional. Additionally, it can be easier to manage guests and keep track and organize any supplies or equipment. Additionally, renting a tent can be a cost-effective way to host a party, especially if you don't have the space or resources to hold your event indoors. Tents are versatile and can be placed in many locations. They can also accommodate large parties. This makes them an easy and flexible option for any event. Renting a tent is a great way of creating a party atmosphere that is comfortable and memorable for all.

Which Tent Should You Select?

There are several different styles of tents...and definitely one that is just right for you!

High Peak Frame Tents: Quick and easy to assemble and are the perfect choice for a impromptu backyard gathering or graduation party.

Pole Tents: Center poles are necessary to achieve the high peak look of a pole tent; however, these tents provide the best value per square foot.

Instant Tents: These "pop-up" tents are those typically seen at sporting events, outside markets, and small festival vending booths.

Through various partnerships, no tent is off limits! If you don't see it in our inventory or website, then please reach out to a sales associate and let's see if we can find the perfect tent for your event.

Tent Anchoring Systems

Something to consider when choosing your style of tent and the placement of the tent.

Stakes: Most common and usually the strongest way to anchor a tent.

Water Barrels: The least effective manner to anchor a tent.

Concrete Ballasts: A strong and effective way to anchor tents when staking is not allowed.

Concrete Anchors: Ideal for tent setups that will occur on a regular basis in the same spot time after time. Invasive; however, typically at the completion of the job there will be little to no remnants of the process.
