Large tents that provide shade or shelter in the event that it rains is an effective way to be prepared for all weather conditions. Tables can be placed in the tents, or removed. We have a range of tent rental options and all our equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly.

High Peak Tent 30 x 70
$1500 for 24 hour rental
$200 setup for grass or $300 setup for asphalt
2100 square feet.
Comfortably seats up to 175 guests for Banquet seating, plus a buffet line. Without buffet line, can seat up to 215 guests.
Comfortably seats up to 350 guests for Auditorium seating, plus a stage.
We will set it up the day before or the morning of your event and take it down the day after. (the set up and break down are included in the cost.)
Side Walls for High Peak Tent
Add these side walls to protect your guests from weather creating a cozy and beautiful space for your event. It gives an indoor feel outside!
You have the option of all cathedral or replace up to two of them with solid walls.

$300 for 24 hour rental
Can comfortably seat up to 40 guests for Banquet seating. Up to 80 guests if using 2.
We have the availability to combine 2 of these to create a 20 x 40. Just ask us about it when you request a quote!
Pop Up Canopy 10 x 10
$80 for 24 hour rental
We have the availability to combine 2 of these to create a 10 x 20. Just ask us about it when you request a quote!

Safety is our #1 priority! All tents require a clearance free from debris above and around it. This will be discussed with you after you’ve requested a quote. We look forward to providing you with the best service around!
